My fiancé and I used Trish to purchase our first home and we are so happy with our experience. When we decided that we were ready to purchase a home we started just driving around the neighborhoods we liked and walking into open houses; that’s where we met Trish. She was very attentive, professional, knowledgeable of the area, and understanding. My fiancé and I decided that we wanted to purchase a historic home with the majority of the original features still intact (original floors, doors, etc.). That type of home is somewhat difficult to find in Phoenix. However, all of the homes Trish showed us were historic and still had the original features, it was amazing. She didn’t try to persuade us into a new build or a different type of home. She helped us find our dream first home. I would highly recommend using Trish!

Trish has been a tremendous help to us while we navigate our move from California to Arizona. Before meeting us she had already set up several FaceTime calls and even went and previewed homes for us and sent us videos so we could get an idea of the home. When I was out there looking for a home she blocked 2 full days to drive me around. We saw several homes but none felt right. Instead of pushing us she quickly shifted gears and found us a rental so we could settle in and familiarize ourselves with the area before resuming our home search. She helped us with our lease as well as did a video walkthrough of the rental so we had records of any previous damage. I appreciate her and love working with her. I can’t wait to resume our house search once we are settled in.

For many years we have thought about buying a second home in the Phoenix area. We reached out to Trish maybe four years ago, outlining our wants. She has regularly kept in touch with us and has been amazingly receptive to any changes we have made. Last year we went from thinking to action and decided to work with Trish because of her consistent reliability. Trish is a warm, calm, and confident person who has amazingly good communication skills. Most of our conversation was from a distance as we live in Washington State, but that mattered not at all because of Trish's ability to anticipate and diffuse potential problems.
